Whether you need to house your pet for the night, the weekend, a few weeks of vacation or a longer stay, your furry will spend his days enjoying supervised play with his best friends and his nights enjoying a restful sleep.
At Dogmatico Boutique Hotel & Spa, our goal is to make sure that your pet has an exceptional experience from the moment he walks through our door to the moment he leaves our premises. All our guests have the option of resting comfortably in one of our 32 exclusive rooms. There are no cages in Dogmatico! When you book your pet’s stay, you can choose between a Royal Suite, a Double Suite or a Deluxe room. We allow same family double occupancy in all of our suites (depending on the size of your pets).
Our suggestion is that you bring your furry to spend 1 or 2 days in our Daycare before an overnight or extended stay to allow your furry to get used to the facilities and have a better overall experience. Your dog will feel comfortable with our staff and will learn that you will be coming back to take him home. It will also give our staff the opportunity to learn about your pet’s personality and play preferences. We ask that you arrive with your furry always before 3 p.m. to our hotel.

The entrance policy to the Hotel and Daycare is one of the essential points to guarantee the general well-being of all our guests.
We will not allow any detail to harm the health, well-being, comfort and enjoyment of our guests.

It is mandatory to present the updated vaccination card:
Multiple vaccine + Rabies vaccine + Bordetella vaccine preferably intranasally (kennel cough) + Giardia vaccine.
Treatments against internal and external parasites must be registered in your vaccination card. If are not registered in the vaccination card, you must present a letter or certification from your family veterinarian, confirming that you are dewormed with dates of the last deworming and that the product applied (at check-in, the pet sitter responsible for receiving our client will do a body check to verify the absence of any external parasite).
If you know that your pet is sick, please do not bring it to the hotel.
Bring your pet’s food. We know that when we want to change our pet’s diet, it is necessary to adapt to the new food for about 4 to 5 days. That is why we want our guests to be comfortable during the time they are in Dogmatic and thus avoid digestive problems.
We ask that each guest’s food come in a container with a hermetic lid and duly identified with the name and indication of the portion for each feeding.
For the safety of all our guests and collaborators, we cannot accept dogs with problems of aggressiveness to other dogs or humans, no matter what breed or size the pet is.
We allow puppy clients from 5 months of age to check-in with the completed puppy vaccination protocol and that the vaccines are registered in their vaccination card (4 multiples + Rabies + Bordetella Vaccine intranasally).
We offer this service because many pets have behavioral problems because they were never socialized as puppies. However, dads should take full responsibility for any colds or illnesses they may catch from socializing at such a young age.
However, we do not advise pets under 6 months of age to enter the hotel because accommodating a young puppy with a large group of other dogs is similar to putting a young child in daycare. No matter how healthy they are, they are more likely to get sick. When they are sick, their symptoms are usually more severe than those of an adult animal.
Clients from 6 months must be neutered. We know that a puppy that is not neutered has anxiety behaviors, the males will try to dominate other males and that can cause undesirable conflicts.
We will not be able to accept the admission of females in heat, in addition, we advise, for health reasons, to castrate females before the first heat (reduces the risk of breast cancer).
We reserve the right of admission. We are very demanding at the time of check-in, making sure that all our clients will enjoy a space that is as safe as possible.

We care about your furry’s safety and comfort. You will need to bring your furry’s usual food to maintain his usual diet and avoid digestion problems. You should consider bringing a little extra food as they burn a lot more calories in the game than they normally do at home. During your stay at Dogmatico – Boutique Hotel & Spa, your furry will be fed at 7 a.m. and at 6 p.m., with a snack or lunch at nap time if you indicate it. The food will be served and prepared exactly as requested by each mother / father of our guests. We will accommodate any special dietary needs your puppy may have and will not charge more for feeding other times or administering medications.
We recommend that you bring bedding that will make your dog feel “at home” and we will provide it only to them. (Remember that we cannot guarantee that bedding will be returned in the same condition).
As your furry will play in an open area with his friends, we cannot accept toys from home. Your furry can feel possessive of his own toys and many are not suitable for the playroom as they break or tear too easily.
Monday to Sunday: 6 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Although we offer 24-hour care and attention, our reception is open during the indicated hours. For safety, security, and accuracy reasons, we regret that we cannot accommodate arrivals and departures before or after reception hours.
Guests who are not picked up before the reception service closes will be considered overnight guests and will be charged an additional night.
